    Roasted Parmesan Potatoes

    These Roasted Parmesan Potatoes with garlic are little bites of creamy deliciousness. Creamer Potatoes are tossed with olive oil, garlic, parmesan and roasted to complete perfection. A super easy side dish that is perfect for any family dinner.

    These little bite sized potatoes are one of the easiest and most pleasing side dish recipes out there. Very quick and easy to prepare and cleanup is a breeze. Plus, this is a very family friendly dish that everyone loves!

    Roasted Garlic Parmesan Potatoes Ingredients

    • Creamer Potatoes
    • Olive Oil
    • Garlic Powder
    • Onion Powder
    • Salt
    • Black Pepper
    • Italian Seasoning
    • Grated Parmesan Cheese

    Substitution Suggestions:

    • Creamer Potatoes: These potatoes are small and creamy and have the best texture when roasted. However, baby reds, russet, or yukon gold potatoes can all be used.
    • Olive Oil: Any neutral oil like canola, vegetable or avocado can be used, but olive oil has the best flavor.
    • Garlic Powder: This recipe works great with fresh minced garlic too.
    • Italian Seasoning: Feel free to used your favorite herbs, thyme, rosemary, basil or oregano are all great options.

    How to Make Roasted Parmesan Potatoes

    1. Cut potatoes into 1 inch bite size pieces.
    2. Add the potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning and grated parmesan cheese in a large bowl or zip top bag. Toss it all to combine everything evenly.

    1. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a parchment lined sheet pan.
    2. Roast potatoes in a preheated 400ยฐF oven for 30-40 minutes until fork tender, giving them a stir about half way through.

    Tips for Roasted Garlic Parmesan Potatoes

    • Cut the potatoes all the same size for even baking. The smaller the pieces, the quicker they'll cook.
    • Line the sheet pan with parchment paper or foil for easy clean up.
    • Place potatoes in a single layer being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Overcrowding will cause the potatoes to steam and not roast, and roasting is what creates the yummy crispy edges everyone loves.

    Ingredients

    • 1ยฝ pounds creamer potatoes
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1ยฝ teaspoons garlic powder
    • ยฝ teaspoon onion powder
    • 1ยฝ teaspoon salt
    • ยฝ teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    • ยฝ cup grated parmesan cheese

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 400ยฐF and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
    • Cut potatoes into 1 inch bite size pieces.
    • Combine potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning and grated parmesan cheese in a large bowl or zip top bag. Toss to combine everything evenly.
    • Place potatoes in a single layer on prepared sheet pan.
    • Roast potatoes for 30-40 minutes until fork tender, stirring half way through.
