This easy Homemade Pizza Sauce is a no cook recipe and is ready in less than 5 minutes! An excellent sauce made with crushed tomatoes, salt, olive oil and oregano. A blend of simple ingredients that makes the easiest and tastiest pizza sauce.

Where are all the pizza lovers? I hear you!!! You have a homemade pizza dough recipe in your collection now, so you need the perfect sauce to accompany it. I got you covered! I have made so many different sauces and I really did like them all, however I always come back to this one. It is my favorite. It is classic, easy, quick and most of all very flavorful! Pizza nights at our house are the best! We all like to make our own creations and this sauce brings them all together. Boy do some of the concoctions the kids come up with make you go "huh?", but they always end up so good! It's a great and fun way to get the family in the kitchen, and the kids are always so proud of what they make.

    • 1 tablespoon sugar or honey

How to Make Easy Homemade Pizza Sauce

How Much Sauce Does This Recipe Make?

This recipe will make approximately 3½ cups of sauce. Which is more than enough, plus some, to slather over 2 large pizzas.

How to Store Extra Pizza Sauce?

This sauce will last 5-7 days in the fridge. I will put the extra sauce in a mason jar in the fridge if I plan on using it again within the week, otherwise I freeze it.

How to Freeze Homemade Pizza Sauce?

Simple! Place the sauce in an air tight freezer safe jar or container or even zip top bag and freeze. Will last 3-4 months in the freezer. To thaw and use: take the sauce out the night before and thaw overnight in the fridge. Or you can submerge the sauce in a bowl of lukewarm water for about 30 minutes.
