Fruit Nachos is a fun and colorful snack made with homemade cinnamon sugar tortilla chips and a fresh fruit salsa! A sweet and healthy snack you can feel good about!

This is such an easy snack to make. You can make it ahead of time so its ready to just serve and enjoy. The irresistible and sweet salsa is made from strawberries, kiwi, raspberries, blueberries and an apple. You could totally change up the fruit for your liking.  Scoop some fruit salsa over the homemade sweet tortilla chips and devour. For an extra little sweetness, you could drizzle some honey or some melted chocolate over the nachos. Yum!

    How to Make Fruit Nachos

For The Fruit Salsa You Will Need

    • 6 large strawberries, diced
    • 2 kiwis, diced
    • 1 apple, diced
    • ½ cup raspberries, halved
    • ½ cup blueberries, halved
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For The Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips You Will Need

    • 4 flour tortillas, taco size (I use whole wheat tortillas)
    • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

    To Make the Fruit Salsa

It is so simple to make the salsa. Combine all the fruit in a bowl, add the lemon juice and gently mix it all together. Chill until ready to use.

To Make the Sweet Tortilla Chips

First, preheat the oven to 400°. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a small bowl combine the sugar and cinnamon, then set aside.

Now using a pastry brush, brush the butter evenly on the tortillas. Take your cinnamon sugar and evenly sprinkle it all over the tortillas.

Next, using a pizza cutter (this is the easiest way) cut the tortillas into 8 triangles. Place the triangles on prepared baking sheets.

Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp. Let cool completely on the pan.
