These sweet No Bake S'mores Bars are made with only 4 ingredients: graham crackers, marshmallows, chocolate chips and butter! This sweet treat isn't just delicious during the summer, it's perfect in every way any time of year!
My family has a love affair with anything of the S'mores variety. It is one of their favorite things in the summer, and that includes the hubby. He's not only obsessed with anything peanut butter and chocolate, he is also head over heels for anything with s'mores in the title. These bars have gotten approval from the entire family! They really are so good and there is no campfire needed!
How To Make No Bake S'mores Bars
Ingredients Needed
- 2 packages graham crackers-18 full sheets, roughly crushed
- 10 oz bag mini marshmallows
- 11 oz bag milk chocolate chips
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
Make Some S'mores
Gather all the ingredients. Remove ½ cup of crushed graham crackers, 1 cup marshmallows, and ¼ cup chocolate chips and set them aside. You will need them later for the gorgeous topping.
First, line a 9x13 sheet pan or a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper. If using a 9x9 dish, have the paper go up the sides of the dish. This helps with easy removal and easy slicing.
To start making the bars, melt the butter in a large pot over low heat, then add the marshmallows and stir until all melted together. Remove from heat.
Next, pour in the crushed graham crackers and stir it all together until all the crackers are coated in the marshmallows.
Now spread and pat the mixture on the 9x13 baking sheet into a rectangle. It will not cover the entire pan, only about ⅔ of the pan. Or you can use the 9x9 baking dish and spread it to all corners and gently pat it down.
In a microwave safe bowl or using a double boiler, melt the milk chocolate chips. Once completely melted, evenly spread the chocolate over the graham crackers.
Finally, sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs, marshmallows and chocolate chips that were set aside on top of the melted chocolate.
Let the bars set for a few hours. Then slice into 12 bars.
Tips For Making No Bake S'mores Bars
- Line the sheet pan or baking dish with parchment paper. If using the 9x9 baking dish, keep the paper long enough to cover the sides of the dish. This will help with removing the bars to slice them easier.
- When spreading the graham mix, pat down only gently. If the mix is packed down to much, it will result in hard bars rather than nice and chewy bars.
- To help spread and pat the bars down without a sticky mess, wet your hands with water or gently spray them with non stick cooking spray.
- You can definitely double this recipe and fill a 9x13 baking sheet or baking dish!

Meg says
The bottom is rubbery and hard to cut and gross
Heather says
If the bars got rubbery, it is most likely because the marshmallows were heated too long or on too high heat.
