Homemade Buffalo Sauce
This Homemade Buffalo Sauce is easy peasy to make and super quick. It's made with only 6 ingredients: butter, vinegar, cayenne pepper sauce, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. No need to buy the bottled stuff, when this homemade version is so much better!

6 tablespoons salted butter ½ cup cayenne pepper sauce , ex: Frank's Red Hot 1 tablespoon distilled vinegar ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce pinch salt ground cayenne pepper , optional
Add all ingredients to a small sauce pot and heat on medium-low heat.
To add more spice: add a pinch of cayenne pepper or more if you want extra extra spicy.
Whisk until the butter is completely melted and the edges start to bubble, about 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool completely.
Whisk a few times while sauce is cooling. Sauce will thicken a bit as it cools.
Store in air tight container or mason jar in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
