Strawberries & Cream Stuffed French Toast

Strawberries & Cream Filling

French Toast


  • In a small bowl, stir together the strawberries and sugar. Set aside.
  • In another small bowl, mix together the cream cheese and vanilla until smooth, set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and pinch salt.
  • Spread the cream cheese mix over every slice of bread.
  • Top 6 slices of bread evenly with the strawberries.
  • Top the strawberry covered slices with the remaining bread slices.
  • Preheat a griddle to 350° or a frying pan on medium-low heat with some butter.
  • Dunk the stuffed bread into the egg custard, making sure to coat the entire sandwich.
  • Place on griddle or in fry pan and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Flip the stuffed french toast and cook another 2-3 minutes until golden brown and the egg custard is fully cooked.
  • Serve with warm maple syrup and extra strawberries! Enjoy!
