No Bake S'mores Bars

No Bake S’mores Bars are loaded with gooey marshmallows, melted chocolate, and graham crackers for a quick and easy treat that brings nostalgic campfire flavor with no oven or fire needed.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages graham crackers-18 full sheets, roughly crushed
  • 10 oz bag mini marshmallows
  • 11 oz bag milk chocolate chips
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter

Instructions

  • Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper or grease with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Remove ¼ cup crushed graham crackers, ½ cup marshmallows, 2 tablespoons chocolate chips and set them aside for later.
  • In a large pot, melt butter over low heat.
  • Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  • Remove from heat and add the crushed graham crackers. Stir until all the crackers are completely coated with marshmallows.
  • Spread the mix evenly in prepared pan, gently patting down.
  • In a microwave safe bowl or double boiler, melt chocolate chips until smooth. Evenly spread the chocolate over the crackers and marshmallows.
  • Sprinkle the reserved graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate chips on top of the chocolate and gently pat down.
  • Let bars set for 1 hour. Slice, serve and enjoy!
