Combine all ingredients into bowl and mix together very well.
Use a medium size cookie scoop, or 2 tablespoons, portion bites and roll into balls. Place on parchment line baking sheet.
Chill in fridge for 1 hour (or freeze).
Place in an air tight container or zip top bag and store in fridge (or freezer).
