Monster Cookie Protein Balls

Monster Cookie Protein Balls are an easy, no bake snack made with simple ingredients and classic monster cookie flavor. They are family friendly, quick to make, and perfect for a healthy snack any time of day.

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into bowl and mix together very well.
  • Use a medium size cookie scoop, or 2 tablespoons, portion bites and roll into balls. Place on parchment line baking sheet.
  • Chill in fridge for 1 hour (or freeze).
  • Place in an air tight container or zip top bag and store in fridge (or freezer).
