Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or grease with nonstick cooking spray or a little olive oil.
If needed, trim the ends of the green beans. Some grocery stores will sell them already trimmed and ready to use.
In a large mixing bowl toss the green beans with the olive oil, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper.
Spread the green beans out in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan.
Roast green beans for 20-25 minutes, until the beans are tender and the cheese has gotten golden brown and crispy.
