Garlic Butter Chicken Bites

Garlic Butter Chicken Bites is an easy dinner made with juicy chicken coated in a rich garlic butter sauce. This family favorite comes together fast in one pan, making it perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pounds chicken breast, boneless and skinless, cubed into 1½ inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Trader Joe's 21 salute seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
  • tablespoons minced garlic, 3-4 large cloves
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Add olive oil to a large skillet and heat over medium heat.
  • While the oil is heating up, season the chicken bites with 21 Salute, salt and black pepper.
  • Then add the seasoned chicken to the hot skillet. Spread into an even layer and sear, without touching, for 4-5 minutes until it has a golden brown color.
  • Flip chicken over and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and saute for a minute or until the garlic is fragrant.
  • Carefully add the chicken broth and deglaze the pan by scraping all the bits off the bottom. Cook for a minute so the broth can warm up.
  • Add the butter and cook until melted, while stirring, about a minute or so.
  • Stir in the freshly grated parmesan cheese until it is fully melted and combined with the sauce.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with more parmesan and chopped parsley.
  • Serve and enjoy!
