Garlic Butter Chicken Bites is an easy dinner made with juicy chicken coated in a rich garlic butter sauce. This family favorite comes together fast in one pan, making it perfect for busy weeknights.
Add olive oil to a large skillet and heat over medium heat.
While the oil is heating up, season the chicken bites with 21 Salute, salt and black pepper.
Then add the seasoned chicken to the hot skillet. Spread into an even layer and sear, without touching, for 4-5 minutes until it has a golden brown color.
Flip chicken over and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and saute for a minute or until the garlic is fragrant.
Carefully add the chicken broth and deglaze the pan by scraping all the bits off the bottom. Cook for a minute so the broth can warm up.
Add the butter and cook until melted, while stirring, about a minute or so.
Stir in the freshly grated parmesan cheese until it is fully melted and combined with the sauce.
Remove from heat, garnish with more parmesan and chopped parsley.
