Place chicken breasts in crock pot.
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and black pepper. Sprinkle the spices over the chicken breast.
Add the apple cider vinegar to the crock pot.
Pour the bbq sauce over the seasoned chicken breasts.
Cook on low heat for 4-6 hours.
