Crock Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and liquid squeezed out
  • 14 ounces canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix it together well.
  • Place dip in crock pot, cover and cook on low for 2 hours until cheese is melted, stirring a few times.
  • Reduce crock pot to keep warm and stir dip occasionally.
  • Serve dip warm with favorite dippers.
