Chop the eggs and add to large mixing bowl.
Add half of the Miracle Whip and remaining ingredients to the eggs, and mix it all together well.
If you like it creamier add more Miracle Whip a tablespoon or so at a time until you have reached your desired creaminess.
Spoon the egg salad onto some bread to make a sandwich or serve as a dip with crackers.
