BBQ Chicken Sliders
These BBQ Chicken Sliders are everything a slider should be: quick, easy and delicious! Sweet dinner rolls are stuffed with tender BBQ chicken, lots of cheese and then topped with the best garlic butter sauce. Perfect for game days, pot lucks, holidays and more!

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cut the entire package of Hawaiian rolls in half all at once. Place bottom half in a 9x13 baking sheet or dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and bbq sauce and mix well.
Place 6 slices of Co-Jack cheese on top of the rolls.
Evenly spread the bbq chicken on top of the cheese slices.
Top the bbq shredded chicken with the 6 slices of cheddar cheese.
Place the top half of the rolls on top.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced onion, garlic powder and black pepper.
Brush the garlic butter all over the top of the rolls.
Cover the sliders tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake for 20 minutes. Uncover the sliders and bake for 5 minutes.
Using a knife or metal spatula, separate the sliders.
Serve and enjoy!
