Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf is an easy homemade dinner loaded with shredded cheese and wrapped in crispy bacon. This family favorite recipe is the perfect mashup of a classic cheeseburger and hearty meatloaf.

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a sheet pan or baking dish with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine: ground beef, bread crumbs, shredded cheese, eggs, dried onion, dried garlic, Worcestershire sauce, dried parsley, salt and black pepper.
  • Mix with your hands or a spatula just until everything is incorporated evenly being careful not to overmix.
  • Place meat mixture on prepared baking sheet and shape into an approximate 9x5 inch loaf.
  • Now cut 2 slices of bacon in half and cover the ends of the meatloaf.
  • Use the remaining slices of bacon to cover the meatloaf and tucking the ends underneath the loaf.
  • Bake in center of oven for 75-90 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  • Let meatloaf rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve!
