Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf is an easy homemade dinner loaded with shredded cheese and wrapped in crispy bacon. This family favorite recipe is the perfect mashup of a classic cheeseburger and hearty meatloaf.
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a sheet pan or baking dish with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl combine: ground beef, bread crumbs, shredded cheese, eggs, dried onion, dried garlic, Worcestershire sauce, dried parsley, salt and black pepper.
Mix with your hands or a spatula just until everything is incorporated evenly being careful not to overmix.
Place meat mixture on prepared baking sheet and shape into an approximate 9x5 inch loaf.
Now cut 2 slices of bacon in half and cover the ends of the meatloaf.
Use the remaining slices of bacon to cover the meatloaf and tucking the ends underneath the loaf.
Bake in center of oven for 75-90 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Let meatloaf rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve!
