Instant Pot Brown Rice

1 teaspoon olive oil 1 cup long grain brown rice pinch salt 1 cup water
Add olive oil to bottom of instant pot.
Add the brown rice and pinch salt.
Pour the water over the rice and do NOT stir.
Place lid on pot and set valve to sealing.
Set instant pot to manual high pressure for 15 minutes.
Allow for a natural release.
Once the pin drops, remove lid and fluff rice with a fork.
