These BLT Chicken Lettuce Wraps are an easy and healthy meal that is tasty and satisfying. A lighter version of the classic BLT sandwich but with all the flavors. Makes a great lunch, light dinner and meal prep dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, green onions, dried chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper. Mix together well.
To the dressing add the cooked chicken and cooked bacon. Fold it all together.
Spoon the chicken salad into romaine lettuce leaves and top with quartered tomatoes and some extra crumbled bacon and sliced green onions.
