2 tablespoons olive oil 1 pound ground pork 1½ teaspoons ground ginger 2 tablespoons minced garlic 1 cup soy sauce , low sodium 2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons sesame oil 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 1½ tablespoons cornstarch 10 oz bag tri-color slaw mix fried wonton strips, sliced green onions, sesame seeds , for topping
In a large deep skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground pork, crumble and cook until no longer pink.
Add the ground ginger and minced garlic, cook for a minute until the garlic is fragrant.
Stir in the slaw mix and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly wilted.
While the vegetables are cooking, in a medium bowl combine: soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar and cornstarch. Whisk until well combined.
Add the sauce mix to the skillet and stir to incorporate it all. Heat for 2-3 minutes until sauce is thickened.
Serve over rice and garnish with fried wonton strips, sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
