Crock Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip
This Crock Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip is creamy, delicious and so easy to make with little effort. It is a perfect appetizer dip for parties or special occasions.

10 oz frozen spinach , thawed and liquid squeezed out 14 oz canned artichoke hearts , drained and chopped 8 oz cream cheese , cubed 1 cup sour cream 1 cup shredded swiss cheese ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon minced garlic ½ teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon black pepper ¼ teaspoon salt
Add all ingredients to a small crock pot and gently stir.
Cover and cook on low for 2 hours until cheese is melted, stirring a few times.
Reduce crock pot to keep warm and stir dip occasionally.
Serve dip warm with favorite dippers.
