Crock Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip

This Crock Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip is creamy, delicious and so easy to make with little effort. It is a perfect appetizer dip for parties or special occasions.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and liquid squeezed out
  • 14 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small crock pot and gently stir.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2 hours until cheese is melted, stirring a few times.
  • Reduce crock pot to keep warm and stir dip occasionally.
  • Serve dip warm with favorite dippers.
