Servings: 4 cups
- 3 cups ham, finely chopped
- 1¼ cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup minced dill pickles
- ½ teaspoon ground mustard powder
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients until fully mixed.
Chill until ready to serve.
Serve with crackers, veggies or in a sandwich.
To get the ham finely chopped, pulse it in a food processor.
You can use dill relish, just start with ½ cup and taste and go from there. The relish has more moisture and and the juice from it will have more dill flavor which will alter the texture and flavor of the salad.
