No Bake S'mores Bars

These sweet No Bake S'mores Bars are made with only 4 ingredients: graham crackers, marshmallows, chocolate chips and butter! This sweet treat isn't just delicious during the summer, it's perfect in every way any time of year!

  • 2 packages graham crackers-18 full sheets, roughly crushed
  • 10 oz bag mini marshmallows
  • 11 oz bag milk chocolate chips
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter


  • Line a 9x13 baking sheet or a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Remove ½ cup graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup marshmallows, ¼ cup chocolate chips and set them aside for later.
  • In a large pot, melt butter over low heat.
  • Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  • Remove from heat and add the graham cracker crumbs. Stir until crackers are completely coated with marshmallows.
  • Spread the mix evenly in prepared pan, gently patting down.
  • In a microwave safe bowl or double boiler, melt chocolate chips until smooth. Evenly spread the chocolate over the crackers and marshmallows.
  • Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs, marshmallows, and chocolate chips that were set aside on top of the chocolate and gently pat down.
  • Let bars set for 1-2 hours. Slice into 12 bars and enjoy!
