No Bake S'mores Bars
These sweet No Bake S'mores Bars are made with only 4 ingredients: graham crackers, marshmallows, chocolate chips and butter! This sweet treat isn't just delicious during the summer, it's perfect in every way any time of year!

2 packages graham crackers-18 full sheets , roughly crushed 10 oz bag mini marshmallows 11 oz bag milk chocolate chips 4 tablespoons salted butter
Line a 9x13 baking sheet or a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper.
Remove ½ cup graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup marshmallows, ¼ cup chocolate chips and set them aside for later.
In a large pot, melt butter over low heat.
Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
Remove from heat and add the graham cracker crumbs. Stir until crackers are completely coated with marshmallows.
Spread the mix evenly in prepared pan, gently patting down.
In a microwave safe bowl or double boiler, melt chocolate chips until smooth. Evenly spread the chocolate over the crackers and marshmallows.
Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs, marshmallows, and chocolate chips that were set aside on top of the chocolate and gently pat down.
Let bars set for 1-2 hours. Slice into 12 bars and enjoy!
