Easy Turkey Meatloaf

This Easy Turkey Meatloaf is a lighter version of a traditional dinner staple. An incredibly easy recipe that yields a flavorful, juicy and delicious meatloaf. This is sure to be a new family favorite.

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a 9x13 baking dish or sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Then spray the paper or foil with olive oil or nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, eggs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, parsley, salt and black pepper.
  • Mix together with hands just until everything is evenly combined, being careful not to overmix.
  • Place meat mixture on prepared baking sheet and shape into an approximate 9x5 inch loaf.
  • If you want the sweet glaze on top: mix ketchup and brown sugar together in a small bowl, and brush or spoon on top of meatloaf.
  • Bake meatloaf for 15 minutes.
  • Reduce oven temperature to 325°F and bake for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  • Let meatloaf rest 10 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
