This Easy Turkey Meatloaf is a lighter version of a traditional dinner staple. An incredibly easy recipe that yields a flavorful, juicy and delicious meatloaf. This is sure to be a new family favorite.
Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a 9x13 baking dish or sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Then spray the paper or foil with olive oil or nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, eggs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, parsley, salt and black pepper.
Mix together with hands just until everything is evenly combined, being careful not to overmix.
Place meat mixture on prepared baking sheet and shape into an approximate 9x5 inch loaf.
If you want the sweet glaze on top: mix ketchup and brown sugar together in a small bowl, and brush or spoon on top of meatloaf.
Bake meatloaf for 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 325°F and bake for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Let meatloaf rest 10 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
