16 oz container strawberries , hulled and cut into bite size pieces 1 cup blueberries 1 apple, any type , cut into bite size pieces 1 banana , sliced 15 oz can mandarin oranges in 100% juice , drained well 2 cups mini marshmallows 1½ cups heavy cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Add the washed, dried and cut fruit to a large bowl.
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat cream until it forms soft peeks.
Add the vanilla extract and powdered sugar and beat until cream reaches stiff peeks.
Add the whipped cream and marshmallows to the fruit and gently fold together.
Cover and chill until time to serve.
