Zucchini Brownies with Fast Frosting
Use some of that garden zucchini and make these Zucchini Brownies with Fast Frosting. They're chocolaty, fudgy, and rich brownies filled with shredded zucchini and smothered in a delicious fast chocolate frosting.

Zucchini Brownies Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and cocoa powder until smooth.
Next, whisk in the sugar, eggs and vanilla until completely combined.
Add the flour and whisk until it is just incorporated.
Fold in shredded zucchini.
Spread batter into prepared baking dish.
Bake brownies for 25-30 minutes.
Fast Frosting In a medium size saucepan, combine milk, butter and sugar.
Turn the heat to medium and bring the frosting to a boil, while constantly whisking.
Once the frosting is at a rapid boil, boil it for 1 minute only while still whisking. Set a timer!
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
Pour the frosting over the warm brownies as evenly as possible.
Let brownies cool completely before serving.
