Chocolate Chip Waffles
Chocolate Chip Waffles are fluffy, crisp and a delightful breakfast to start your day right. This is an easy homemade recipe that will make good use of that waffle maker!

4 cup flour 2 Tablespoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 4 eggs 3½ cups milk 2 Tablespoon honey , or sweetener of choice 1 Tablespoon pure vanilla extract 4 Tablespoons butter , melted 1 cup mini chocolate chips
I large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
In a medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, honey and vanilla extract.
Add wet ingredients to the flour mix and whisk just until combined.
Add butter and whisk gently.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Let waffle batter rest while the waffle iron preheats.
Add ladleful, about ½ cup, of batter to preheated waffle iron.
Follow your waffle iron directions to make waffles.
Mine usually takes about 3-4 minutes.
