Banana Nut Bars
This Banana Nut Bars recipe is a delicious and quick dessert that is a breeze to make. A great way to use up some overripe bananas and treat your sweet tooth!

Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
In a stand mixer or with a hand beater, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add the vanilla and eggs, one egg at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add the salt, cinnamon, and all purpose flour and mix just until combined.
Add half of the bananas and mix through.
Add the whole wheat flour and mix just until combined.
Add the remaining bananas and ½ cup of walnuts and mix until incorporated.
Evenly spread the batter in greased dish. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup walnuts on top of the batter.
Bake the bars for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with few crumbs.
Let bars cool for 15-20 minutes before slicing and serving.
