Ham & Cheese Oven Omelet

8 large eggs ½ cup milk , any type 1½ cups diced ham 1½ cups shredded cheese , any flavor 1 tablespoon dried chives ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 400° and grease a 9 in pie dish or 9x9 baking dish.
Whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth.
Stir in ham, 1 cup of cheese, chives and peppers.
Pour egg mix into prepared dish and sprinkle top with the remaining ½ cup of cheese.
Bake for 35-45 minutes until butter knife inserted in center comes out clean.
