Sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper and onion soup mix.
Cook on high pressure for 80 minutes and do a natural release.
Remove beef and shred.
Place beef on hoagies and top with cheese.
Ladle drippings in to a sauce bowl and enjoy!
Crock pot method
Add roast and broth to crock pot.
Sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper and onion soup mix.
Cook on low for 8-9 hours.
Remove beef, shred and make sandwiches.
Notes
*** Natural release will take anywhere from 20-30 minutes. If it has not completely released all pressure at the 30 minute mark, you can do a quick release.
