No Bake Cookies N' Cream Cheesecake Bars
No bake desserts are perfect for summer, and these No Bake Cookies N' Cream Cheesecake Bars do not disappoint. They are sweet, delicious and great for a make ahead dessert!

Ingredients

chocolate sandwich cookies (oreo's)

salted butter

cream cheese

can sweetened condensed milk

tablespoons
sour cream

teaspoon
pure vanilla extract
Instructions
Crust
In a food processor, place 20 cookies and pulse until fine crumbs.
Add the melted butter and pulse until all the crumbs are moistened.
Pour the crumbs into a 9x13 baking dish and firmly pat them down to make an even crust.
Place the crust in the fridge to chill while you make the filling.
Cheesecake Filling
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add the sweetened condensed milk, sour cream and vanilla and beat until thick and creamy, about 3 minutes.
Place 8 cookies in a zip top bag and crush them until course crumbs. Add crumbs to cheesecake filling and fold together.
Pour the filling over the crust and spread out evenly.
Crush remaining 6 cookies and sprinkle over the top.
Cover with plastic wrap or lid and chill in fridge for 4 hours up to overnight.
Notes
If you do not have a food processor, use a zip top bag and rolling pin.
