16 oz container strawberries, hulled and cut into bite size pieces 1 cup blueberries 1 apple, any type, cut into bite size pieces 1 banana, sliced 15 oz can mandarin oranges in 100% juice, drained 2 cups mini marshmallows 1 cup heavy cream 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Add all the prepared fruit to a large bowl.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream until it forms soft peeks.
Add the vanilla and powdered sugar and beat until cream reaches stiff peeks.
Add the cream to the fruit and gently fold together.
Cover and chill until time to serve.
