Creamy Fruit Salad

Add this delightful Creamy Fruit Salad to your summer get togethers or picnic table dinners! It's a sweet salad that makes a perfect side dish to any meal, plus it is such a simple recipe to make!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz container strawberries, hulled and cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 apple, any type, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 15 oz can mandarin oranges in 100% juice, drained
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Add all the prepared fruit to a large bowl.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream until it forms soft peeks.
  • Add the vanilla and powdered sugar and beat until cream reaches stiff peeks.
  • Add the cream to the fruit and gently fold together.
  • Cover and chill until time to serve.
