Fruit Nachos

Fruit Nachos is a fun and colorful snack made with homemade cinnamon sugar tortilla chips and a fresh fruit salsa! A sweet and healthy snack you can feel good about!

Ingredients

Fruit Salsa

  • 6 large strawberries, diced
  • 2 kiwi, diced
  • 1 apple, diced, any type
  • ½ cup raspberries, halved
  • ½ cup blueberries, halved
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips

  • 4 flour tortillas, taco sized, I use whole wheat
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

Fruit Salsa

  • Combine all the fruit into a bowl with the lemon juice. Stir to combine it all. Chill until ready to use.

Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips

  • Preheat oven to 400° and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
  • Brush the melted butter over the tortillas and sprinkle them with the cinnamon sugar.
  • Using a pizza cutter, cut the tortillas into 8 triangles and place on baking sheets.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp. Let chips cool completely on baking sheets.

Fruit Nachos

  • Place the chips on a platter, cover with as much fruit salsa as you like!
  • Optional: Drizzle with honey or melted chocolate.
  • Serve and enjoy!
