Grilled Spiced Pork Chops

This recipe for Grilled Spiced Pork Chops is loaded with a sweet spice rub that gives the chops the most luscious flavor! A simple recipe that is quick to prepare, easy to grill and will have the whole family begging for more!

  • In a small bowl combine, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, cloves, salt and black pepper.
  • Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel.
  • Place pork chops on a sheet and lightly brush half of the oil over pork chops. (A little goes a long way)
  • Evenly rub half of the dry rub over the pork chops.
  • Flip pork chops and brush with remaining oil and rub with remaining dry rub.
  • Heat a clean grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F.
  • Grill pork chops 4-5 minutes on each side with lid closed or to an internal temp of 140°F degrees.
  • Let rest at least 5 minutes.
