20 oz canned tuna in water , drained, (4 cans) 2 eggs , beaten 10 saltine crackers , crushed 1 Tablespoon dried onion flakes 2 garlic cloves , minced 1 teaspoon dried parsley 1 teaspoon dried basil ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together and mix well.
Form into 8 patties.
Heat a frying pan to medium heat and spray with olive oil.
Cook patties for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Spray the top of the patties with olive oil before turning over.
Turn patties over and cook another 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
