Chicken Avocado Wraps

1 large avocado , cubed 1 tablespoon lemon juice ½ cup plain Greek yogurt ½ teaspoon garlic powder 1½ cups chicken , cooked and diced or shredded ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper ¼ cup grape tomatoes , sliced in half 1 cup spinach 3 Spinach tortillas , or Wraps
In a medium bowl, mash the avocado and lemon juice together.
Add the yogurt, garlic powder, salt and pepper and mix together.
Fold in the chicken and cheese.
Add about ⅓ of the filling to center of tortilla.
Top with ⅓ of the tomatoes and ⅓ of the spinach.
Fold sides together and roll tortilla. Secure with toothpick if necessary.
Repeat to make 2 more wraps.
