Oven Roasted Potatoes are an easy and delicious side dish to any entree! They are soft, yet crispy at the same time and are a cinch to prepare. These potatoes will be the new favorite potato for your family meals!

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash and scrub the potatoes clean, pat dry, and dice into ½ inch cubes.
In a large bowl or zip top bag, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and dried parsley.
Add potatoes to bag and toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
Spread potatoes out in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
Bake potatoes for 15 minutes and then flip them.
Bake for another 15-20 minutes until potatoes are fork tender.
