Air Fryer Cinnamon Sweet Potatoees

Air Fryer Cinnamon Sweet Potatoes are insanely delicious cubed sweet potatoes that are easy to make and turn out crispy, tender and extra flavorful. They are the perfect side dish to any meal from breakfast to dinner.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3 medium sweet potatoes , peeled and cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • Toss together the sweet potatoes, olive oil, salt and cinnamon until potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Add sweet potatoes to the basket of the air fryer and set timer for 10 minutes.
  • Promptly shake the basket and then air fry the sweet potatoes for another 10 minutes.
  • Check the potatoes at this time. If you can easily pierce them with a fork they are done. If they are still a touch hard, continue to air fry them for another 5 minutes.
  • Optional: serve the sweet potatoes with pure maple syrup or honey for dipping.
