Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies

Do love chocolate and peanut butter? Then you will love these Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies! A soft and chewy chocolate cookie filled with peanut butter chips! Super easy cookies to whip up and super delicious to eat!

  • Preheat oven to 350° and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  • Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Add vanilla and beat well.
  • Add flour, cocoa powder and baking soda, mix on low until fully incorporated.
  • Stir in peanut butter chips.
  • Use a medium size cookie scoop or heaping tablespoon, place cookie dough 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cookies cool 3 minutes on pan, then remove to wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

To freeze baked cookies: place cookies in a freezer safe air tight container or zip top bag and place in freezer.
To freeze cookie dough: Scoop cookie dough on baking sheet and freeze. Once frozen, place the frozen cookie dough into a freezer safe air tight container or zip top bag.
To bake frozen cookie dough: Bake as instructed above, but add 2-3 minutes to the baking time.
