Honey Garlic Glazed Carrots
Sweet and tender Honey Garlic Glazed Carrots are the perfect side dish to any weeknight meal. They are simple, delicious and only take minutes!

- 2 pounds carrots, peeled and cut into 2 inch chunks
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- salt and pepper
In a deep sided skillet, add carrots and water. Cook on medium heat until water has evaporated and carrots are tender.
Add butter and garlic. Saute for 1-2 minutes until garlic is fragrant.
Add honey and stir. Let cook until the carrots are glazed and fork tender, about 3-5 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
