No Bake Scotch-a-roos are a chewy and crunchy combination of peanut butter, honey, cornflakes then topped with a blend of butterscotch and chocolate. Make these and sink your teeth into one of the best dessert bars ever!
In a large pot, dissolve brown sugar in honey over low-med heat, do not boil. Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter until completely melted.
Stir in corn flakes until thoroughly combined and corn flakes are completely coated.
Spread into a greased 11x15 rimmed sheet pan.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips together in 30 second intervals and stirring after each one until melted and smooth. Or melt in a double boiler.
