Chicken Tortellini Salad

Yum! This Chicken Tortellini Salad happened by mistake but was ooooohhhh sooooo gooood! Mistakes sometimes turn out to be wonderful things! I had the fresh tortellini that was intended for a different recipe in the fridge, along with some leftover Crock Pot Chicken. This was a great way to use up the leftover Chicken.
